I got married in 2015 to the most beautiful man. Like every girl, my wedding had been coming for a long time. And like so many Brides before me, I wanted to be able to be completely hands on with regards to every aspect of our Wedding. My Husband is a carpenter and I am really, some say, over the top crazy clever with craft.
So, I went to town. I made 8 fabric flower bouquets, 8 boutonnieres, my own veil, 89 mini wooden plaques with names burnt onto them for place settings, decorated over 100 glass jars, made my own wedding scent and candles, invites, save the dates, guest book, pen holder, ring box, church bows, ground signs, a huge 1.5m x 2m glowing paper flower bridal backdrop.. the list goes incredibly on. I wasn't kidding when I said I went to town. But, Morgan and I had the most amazing time creating so many gorgeous one of a kind pieces that I couldn't stop after the wedding was over!
